History
A native of New New York’s High Tower, Elijah Moore lived quite the perfect life during his formative years. His father, Joseph Moore was a prominent politician among High Tower’s elite, having worked his way there from Mid Tower in order to secure his place within one of the more liberal parties of the modern Supercities; Joseph’s ideas were that the Augmented represented a new dawn for humanity and should be held in high esteem for the advantages they could bring to the twenty-second century’s society. Something that came about, perhaps, as a reflection on Joseph’s personal life- notably his sweetheart, Elizabeth, Elijah’s mother. Elizabeth herself was Augmented, with the ability to bring plans and pictures to life- something which threw her into a career of architecture, head of the planning department for NNY’s High Tower and responsible for some of the huge advances with regards to the modern amenities in NNY’s development. |

Illusions- Elijah has the ability to alter the perceptions of people around them. These illusions can be visual, auditory, tactile and even fool the olfactory senses. Over the years Eli has had a significant amount of experience with altering people's perceptions both on a singular person basis and in groups. He can see the difference between his own illusions and reality the same way a human might know the difference between real life and a video. Other people however, without significant mental training, would not be immune to his illusions. They are dependent, though, on a mental hook- Eli would either need visual contact with a target or prolonged exposure to their mind in order to fool them with an illusion. | |
